The SELF team did an excellent job engaging stakeholders, including our teachers, leaders, students, and families. During the school review, SELF looked at student work, reviewed data, observed classrooms, and interviewed many stakeholders to examine where we could improve. The team celebrated our successes and helped us use those to build from as they identified the root causes of our gaps. SELF identified that our mindsets and plans were strong, but our execution was causing the gaps we were seeing in our students and in our data. Intensive School Review

Our intensive, full-day school review process will be a deep dive into the strengths, challenges, opportunities, and threats exist within your school community. Through an in-depth process of interviews, classroom observations, and IEP reviews, the SELF team will create a customized in-depth report that includes findings, explicit recommendations, and next steps.

Leadership Team Development

Year-long Leadership Team Collaboratives support leaders in system creation that connects to data-based decision-making in order to provide authentic student support. SELF will work with your team to create a customized collaborative experienced based on the initial school review focused on the unique needs of your school community

Customized Support

SELF works with school leaders and principals to meet the unique needs of your school community. Our school support team creates personalized contracts to give targeted support and technical assistance that creates capacity and builds skills in your school to serve diverse learners.
