An intensive one year fellowship for school-based leaders that are eager to grow their leadership and support their school community to deliver outstanding, equitable special education programming.
National Leader Fellowship
An intensive one-year program that empowers leaders to create greater impact in their communities focused on ensuring all students to achieve at their fullest potential.

Our Fellows come from diverse backgrounds and experiences. We are looking for current or aspiring leaders committed to creating equitable systems for all students.
Fellows will explore and develop skills in:
Applicants must currently be enrolled in a K-12 education setting. All participants will need the approval of their school leader and manager.
The cost for the Leader Fellowship is $10,000 for the full year fellowship program.
Due to local grant funding, New Orleans-based Fellows participate at the cost of $5,000 per year for a two-year fellowship experience.
All travel, lodging, and meals for Summer Experience and National School Visits will be the responsibility of the fellow.
Each fellowship is capped between 15-18 fellows to allow us to tailor the programming to meet the group’s unique needs.
